#TakeGoodCare

That despite all.the.things. – that surely and slowly as you

Root
and
Restore

Rise
and
Replenish

That as you take good care of your precious self… inch by sacred inch…

Weaving together the healing “work” (oh, what an adventure!), and INtegrate it into the soil of your soul (and your daily).

That You Are indeed BECOMING.

That there’s a direct and natural “byproduct” to radically revolutionizing what it means to be “self-centered”?

And in fact, that feeling powerful is actually native to the landscape of you… because you are self-centered…

🌸

This past year has been the biggest… of my “conversion” (give me a 🔴 in the comments if you know the MMR reference, ya dig?)

It’s been a family thing preparing… not by obligation but by way of integration. My love bugs in full support and witness of my rooting and bloom.

My #littleredbird – is a first ring “beneficiary” of this radiant ripple of healing my connection with the #divinefeminine and sharing the magic and #sanctuarywithin found in #healingnature

“Smell THIS one, Mommy. This smells like heaven does. Kinda spicy but really sweet. It makes me feel very loved.”

Yep. That’s a very fine magical moment.

🌸 Who are the beneficiaries of your ripple effect?

And hey, pep-talk for you, my fellow #healer #helper #caregiver #coach

you are loved. Always. All ways. All of you.

Keep being tenacious. Keep being tender. Keep practicing thinking of yourself, first and as we do, our ripples will collide, merge and grow stronger together.

Join me for an intimate event – heart to heart – on June 24, 2022 – I’ll be opening up the mysteries of #TheDivineFeminineArchitects to assist us with our replenishment and recalibration to these new times…

Know what season we’re in now?

“Wing”

Yes! Wing! ‘Round these Red Bird parts, this is that little window of time before winter’s end and spring’s beginning. We see a little more hope showing up around us. It’s encouraging, brightening, budding – uplifting. And can be entrancing…

It’s a time to honor the wane of winter reaching out to the soon-to-be fling of spring. There is a balance here between the now and the “holy wow!” excitement of lighter days. How are you bridging this natural conclusion and new beginning?

Without rush. With deliberateness.

Winter is deliberate in Her processes, always. Even in these final weeks. Releasing is vital for the next season to Be replenishing.
What is left to release so that you can catch some spring fresh air?
How can our spaces help us take flight – to spread our wings – and catch some air?

While you wait a bit for spring’s arrival where windows and doors may be fully opened, refresh your space indoors with plants and cut flowers that have an upward form. This “movement” provides an energy boost and natural air purifying effects that are both kind to the eye and pleasing to the garden of your mind.

Here’s your #sanctuaryspacemaking tip: Play the matching game.

Sanctuary Insight: These plants or flowers become a talisman or #livingmantra and bridge to the next season. (Bonus! You get to play, touch, buy, arrange, style with plants!!! The thing so many of us are so itching to do in these pre-spring moments!)

Allow your indoor space to serve your personal growth and evolution – reminders of what you have been planting inwardly:

  • Be creative
  • Be of service
  • Be grateful
  • Be open
  • Be kind to yourself
  • #beyourownsanctuary

…and #takegoodcare of your precious self

And so you don’t have to “wing it” alone as you figure out your sanctuary space making…

Because you are ready to move into a deeper connection with self, soul, and your space and to be more clear, clean, confident and connected with healing nature, reach out to me to learn more about how to schedule your Sanctuary InSight Consultation.

These sessions are the easiest and fastest way to sync your inner growth and personal journey with the healing essence of nature around you – what YOU need. These intuitive readings bridge nurturing the garden within with the garden and sacred space around you. My clients tell me that these readings open up possibility, answer deep longing questions, and teach a way to see the landscape that fits so very personally, intentionally, deliberately inspirationally.

Are you ready to embrace the transformative power of nature? Then listen IN…

Hello Red Bird, here’s a Valentine for you!

You might be busy making everyone in the landscape of your life feel and know that they are loved, special, adored. I know that’s part of your natural healing nature. It’s so beautiful and seen.

And part of my natural healing nature is to share something when it comes along that I know will nurture you. That’s why I’m writing – to share a podcast from my heart on this valentine’s.

I had the pleasure to sit down for an interview with the podcast phenom Jennifer Jewell of Cultivating Place: Natural History & the Human Impulse to Garden to talk about Healing Gardens, Sanctuary and connecting dots between the sacred within and precious nature out.

The timing is not lost on me… the winter season, the cycle of life, and all. of. it.

This is a garden-heart deep conversation about the transformative power of the garden, plants, and nature to offer us healing and wellbeing – starting in our own gardens, hearts, and minds.

The outcome is an intimate conversation, arriving at the most perfect time. Please enjoy the podcast, the Healing Garden series Jennifer is hosting as a way to cultivate precious medicine for your soul and space.

SEEING aka understanding and helping people make space for their true nature so that it radiates as peace, beauty, balance and harmony – this is the work of the sanctuary. My work, my Valentine and what Native peoples call the Beauty Way.

Sacred space making, our healing gardens – they all start with our tending to the garden within, caring for ourselves, BEing ours as we are to others, listening and seeing our native, true nature responsibly. As keepers of much of all of it, recovering overdoers, we strike down a new garden path – one that allows us to radiantly ripple out love because we are Being our own Sanctuary, first.

Take a listen and let me know what you feel… and think after listening. Oh, and how about you SHARE the podcast kinda like a Valentine?
