The Gift of Friendship

.. and the gift of friendship becomes a living Sanctuary… a safe haven, refuge and a sacred place for seeing ourselves and connecting with the physically embodied #DivineFeminine within each other

— making possible healing the scared parts of ourselves – the ego, the shadow

… and it is this possibility bloomed through and mirrored by friendships, that helps awaken the sacred within.

Isn’t funny how the safety of a good friend elicits the same feeling as when we are in our fav place in nature?

Think fondly. Allow the petals of your heart to fall open and consider… consider your friendships and how they nurture and enliven the sacred within you.

I look at this photo and I see 7.
7 different women
woven together
since 1986.

Many life and death connections, happy hours, romances, children, career paths, adventures and misadventures.

7 distinct divine energies, each a representation of the Sacred Feminine, embodied, albeit humbly.

Each on a path individually, experiencing a respective season of her life, yet sharing it to make the whole. Offerings. A composite.

Gifting the whole her individual magic, spirit, wisdom and TRUTH.

Which reminds again, we are not defined by the shadows, holes, bodies, misremembering YET of who we really are… the out-picturing of spirit, God, Universe, Source.

An embodiment of a diverse ecosystem that expresses in this world, at this time. The embodiment of the everyday mystic that we all are. The Divinity of Feminine energy made physical.

Having friends to experience, reflect, challenge, and love makes the work easier. Friendships are actually a most beautiful divine design made manifest. A garden of souls who make a

new world born. A #sanctuary.

I was a #Peony in a previous life.

The power of the Peony? Abundance. Honor. Love. It is “King/Queen of all Flowers”. Gentle, romantic, and MAGNETIZING. Ask any ant worth their medicine of Patience.


In #SanctuaryDesign, I call on peony when infusing a planting design with the magic of abundance. The bloom often wider than your hand is indicative of just how much and more (please and thank you) is coming to you.

As I wave my design wand and cast a healing spell in collaboration with Nature upon a scene, my intent is to open up all the connections possible in the sacred space to the messages and medicine of love, yes, AND what Peony says: that everything – EVERYTHING – is possible sweet heart.

WITH A CAVEAT:

That we must release the “lack”, “not enough”, “block”, “force”, “push” and “overdoing”.

Peony doesn’t live in “soil” like that. (Psst: “Let that shizzle go and never speak it again”, as I was told by an Intuitive consultant.)

Instead, Peony’s mission since cultivation (which dates back to 900 BC – yes BC): transmute the limiting notions and fear, insecurity into FULLNESS, EXQUISITE GRACIOUS, SENSUOUSLY WHOLE SELF-LOVE.

You, a Peony spirit, are sacred, my friend.

And this – THIS is vital that you *KNOW* — Peony’s personal development transformation magic moves us from our “story” of sadness, self-blame to JOY and OPULENCE.

A Mother’s Gift

We’re rounding year 2 of her “graduation”. And before that, like you perhaps, I was in the “sandwich”: mom on one side and parenting / #caregiving for my mother on the other.

The #mechanicalwonderman asked again today what I wanted for Mother’s Day.
“To hear my mom’s voice again…” yes, that’s I want.

Needless to say, her voice lives elsewhere now. Yet her legacy and magic thrives here, still.

‘Round age 5, I had trouble falling asleep. Anxiety filled my mind and body with “worry” – sensitivities of “what I might see” as I fell asleep because I had Sight.

Mom taught me a sort of chant, prayer, self-hypnosis body scan sort of thing when feeling anxious in the “moments of dark” that helped me feel powerful and calm.

I have used this empowering tool, during those “dark nights of the soul” times when anxiety feels like an avalanche and the thinking mind a runaway train (hello perimeno sleeplessness mixed with unpredictable sides of grieving served up whenever and a dash of wth burnout of world events).

This tool is simple and soothing. Easy. Helpful for some of the 5-year-old blooming seers, empaths, HSP’ers out there or you, my healer, helper, caregiver friend.
